Green Pharm Cosmetic Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

§1 General provisions

The organiser of the Loyalty Program (hereinafter: the “Program”) is Eurocos sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Bonarka 19/5, 30-415 Kraków, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000980676, NIP: 6793242898, REGON: 522490862, VAT: PL6793242898 (hereinafter: the “Organiser”).

The Program is addressed to registered customers of the Organiser's online store (hereinafter: the “Customer”).

The Program applies within the territory of the Republic of Poland and is valid indefinitely.

§2 Program rules

The Program consists of granting discounts depending on the total value of purchases made by the Customer (hereinafter: “turnover”).

Only paid and completed orders are included in the turnover.

Delivery costs, cancelled orders, and returned orders are not included in the turnover.

§3 Discount levels

5% Level (Starter)

1.1. A Customer who makes purchases with a total value of at least 700 zł within a period of 3 months receives a 5% discount.

1.2. The discount is valid for a period of 3 months from the moment it is granted.

10% Level (Permanent)

2.1. If, during the validity period of the 5% discount, the Customer makes additional purchases as a result of which the total value of purchases reaches at least 1000 zł, the discount is increased to 10%.

2.2. The 10% discount is valid indefinitely.

2.3. If the 1000 zł threshold is reached outside the period indicated in point 2.1., the 10% discount is granted for a period of 3 months from the moment it is granted.

15% Level (VIP)

3.1. A Customer who makes purchases with a total value of at least 2000 zł within a period of 9 months receives a 15% discount.

3.2. The 15% discount is valid indefinitely.

§4 Discount calculation rules

The discount is calculated automatically when placing an order once the relevant threshold has been reached.

The discount level is determined based on the Customer's current turnover value.

In the event of an order return, the turnover value is reduced, which may result in a change to the discount level.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify and update the discount level in the event of abuse or a lack of purchasing activity by the Customer.

§5 Combining promotions

Discounts resulting from the Program cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or special offers, unless the Organiser expressly indicates otherwise.

§6 Personal data

The controller of the Customers' personal data is the Organiser.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of carrying out the Program, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular the GDPR.

§7 Changes to the Program

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

The changes do not infringe the rights acquired by Customers and come into force upon their publication on the Organiser's website.

§8 Complaints

Complaints related to the Program can be submitted electronically to the address: Bok@greenpharmcosmetic.com

Complaints are processed within 14 days of their receipt.

§9 Final provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

The Terms and Conditions come into force on the day of their publication on the Organiser's website.
