Return Terms
Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise the right of return, you must submit an unambiguous statement (using the form) and send back the goods in an unchanged condition.
Exceptions and Rules of Return
- Important: The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened after delivery (for reasons of health protection or hygiene).
- The goods should be returned in an unchanged condition, unused, complete, and in the original, intact packaging.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer (unless the Terms and Conditions state otherwise).
- The refund is made no later than within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal.
Complaints About Cosmetic Products
- The Seller is liable to the Customer for the conformity of cosmetic products with the contract, in accordance with applicable law.
- Complaints may be submitted in the case of:
- damage to the product during transport,
- a confirmed quality defect of the product,
- the product not matching the order.
Additional Information:
- Cosmetic products should be used as intended and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
- Complaints arising from improper use of the product will not be considered.
